I’m not special. I started at the bottom — no spotlight, no hype. Just a kid with a dream and a chip on my shoulder.

I played running back at Marshall University, but before that, I was the underdog. I earned every yard, every rep, and every opportunity with hard work and discipline — not talent.

CHIZLD was born out of that mindset.

  • Programs are delivered through our mobile coaching platform with check-ins, videos, and direct communication built in.

  • 3 Membership tiers ranging from $99/month to $199/month. I created 3 separate tiers to give people flexibility depending on their budget and needs.

    We also offer lower cost, lower commitment services as well. A 1 on 1 coaching call for $39.99 and a 7 day sneak peak into the CHIZLD lifestyle for ONLY $19.99. If you are able to complete the entire week you will receive a discount on a membership.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Although, cancellations made after the training plan for the upcoming month has been created will take effect the following billing cycle. To avoid being charged for the next month, you must request cancellation before your new training plan is developed.

    Refunds: Refunds will not be issued once a training plan has been developed for the month. If you cancel before a training plan has been created, you may be eligible for a refund based on the remaining unused portion of the service.

  • I am a lifestyle coach. That means I coach anyone that wants to improve their life and be the best version of themselves.

    I specialize in athletes, bodybuilding, powerlifting and hybid athletes.

  • CHIZLD isn’t just another workout plan, it’s a lifestyle system built on discipline, identity, and performance. While most coaches stop at sets and reps, we go deeper: mindset training, structured routines, recovery protocols, and personalized support that molds you mentally and physically.

    Personally my proof is in the pudding and I will do whatever it may take to get my clients to achieve their goals. Everything starts from the bottom up. We will build the mind and body over time and formulate a sustainable lifestyle that will last forever.

  • Not necessarily. We offer training options for both gym access and minimal equipment. The goal is progress, not excuses.

  • We’ll work around it. CHIZLD coaching is adaptable. You’ll get custom modifications that still align with your goals.

  • Depends on your effort. Most see noticeable progress in 4–6 weeks, but CHIZLD isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about building something that lasts.
